Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE) and MA Group announced a strategic share-exchange at Dubai Airshow 2025, uniting FlyIAA Global and Cyprus Airways Flying Academy (CAFA). The partnership grants IAE a new European base, integrates CAFA into the FlyIAA Global network, and launches a Joint Integration Board to oversee fleet modernization, new training programs, and expansion across the region.
