Aviator Fund Officially Launched at Dubai Airshow 2025

Dubai, UAE – 19 November 2025 – The Aviator Fund, a specialized aviation investment vehicle, was officially unveiled today at the Dubai Airshow 2025, marking a new opportunity for investors seeking stable, asset-backed exposure to the rapidly expanding global aviation sector.

The Fund targets up to 10% annual, asset-backed returns, focusing on Diamond and Elixir training aircraft under long-term lease agreements. With the global pilot-training market surpassing USD 25 billion—and experiencing strong demand across the GCC, Asia, and Europe—the Aviator Fund provides investors a chance to participate in a resilient industry with predictable performance and reduced exposure to traditional market volatility.

Key Highlights of the Aviator Fund

Duarte Costa, Co-Founder of the Aviator Fund and Managing Partner of 3XP Global, an experienced aviation and alternative-assets investor, leads an investment platform based in Europe with more than 120 million in assets structured across aviation, mobility, infrastructure, renewable energy, and digital assets. He stated:

“This new fund bridges disciplined aviation asset management with robust investor protections. The global demand for new pilots is unprecedented, and high-quality training aircraft are now one of the most stable asset classes in the sector. The Aviator Fund provides investors with a unique combination of yield, resilience, and long-term visibility.”

Capt. Wissam Al Mehyou, CEO, Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE), added:

“For years, we have invested in building a modern, international training ecosystem. With the launch of the Aviator Fund, we are opening this opportunity for investors to participate directly in the backbone of global pilot development. These aircraft are the engines of our growth, and demand continues to surge across all our training bases.”

The Aviator Fund launches with a USD 10 million initial Series A, with specially invited investors, and is structured as a 10-year investment vehicle focused exclusively on Diamond and Elixir training aircraft under long-term lease agreements.

The participating investor will gain exposure to a high-demand aviation asset class supported by predictable cash flows, utilization rates, and strong global training demand.
