Dubai, UAE — 21 November 2025 — Intercontinental Aviation Academy UAE (IAA UAE), a leading aviation training provider in the region, has announced a strategic collaboration with Flyou, the human-performance and wellness analytics platform designed specifically for aviation professionals.
The partnership aims to pilot Flyou’s advanced monitoring system with IAA students in the United Arab Emirates.
Under this initiative, IAA UAE will integrate Flyou’s platform into its cadet training environment to assess and track student wellness ,happiness levels, cognitive performance, and overall training readiness. The system uses AI-driven analytics and personalised data insights to support healthier routines, peak learning conditions, and enhanced flight training outcomes.
Flyou’s technology—developed to improve decision-making, human factors management, and wellbeing in high-performance environments—will be tested with a selected group of IAA UAE cadets over the coming months in the flight instruction phase.
The goal is to validate how real-time behavioural and wellness data can enhance training quality, improve student support and happiness, and strengthen wellness culture across the academy.
